Offering powerful performance for professional users, the Stihl SHA140 vac shredder is powered by the Stihl AP range of 36v lithium ion batteries. For fast and efficient cleaning of garden leaves, debris and hedge cutting trimmings, the vacuum shredder has a metal blade for mulching to a 14:1 ratio.
With 15% more suction power than the petrol SH86, the SHA140 can vacuum and shred with ease on all surfaces, whether it is asphalt, concrete, gravel, lawns or flowerbeds.
Comfortable and easy to control, the SHA140 is lightweight and comes with ergonomic handles. The throttle trigger on the Stihl SHA140 has variable speed control for so you can set the speed dependant on the material being collected. A boost mode can be achieved by pulling the trigger all the way in for collecting wet, dense leaves. With a wide opening on the collection tube, the end of the tube has a scalloped design to allow for air flow to prevent clogging.
With a large 55 litre collection bag which comes with a strap to help even the weight load. The collection bag features a metal buckle opening at the bottom for quick and easy emptying when the bag is full. An air vent is also featured on the side of the collection bag, this can be opened when the collected material is wet, this aids air flow in the bag and helps to expel moisture.
Rated to IPX4 this cordless vac shredder from Stihl can be used in all weather conditions, even rain. The AP system offers long run times with low noise levels, when used with the AP300S battery the SHA140 can run up to 60 minute or 38 minutes when in Boost mode.
