Description
The Stihl RMA453PV battery operated lawn mower is ideal for users with large size lawns to mow, with zero harmful emissions, no power cables or messy fuel without compromising on power and performance. The 51cm cutting deck is adjustable through the 6 stage cutting heights from 20-100mm which is adjusted centrally making this lawnmower a true all-rounder. Designed with a rugged polymer housing and integrated carry handles which allows for easy handling and loading.
Featuring a Mono-comfort handle which has been designed to offer excellent grip and maximum comfort for the user. This handle design is adjustable in height and foldable allowing the mower to be easily transported or stored. Built on to the Mono handle bar is a digital interface which provides useful information such as the battery remaining charge level and the ability to switch between mowing modes. The lawn mower features self-propelled drive which is vario speed, the motor speed levels can also be adjusted on the digital interface on the handle.
The Stihl RMA453PV comes with a 55 litre grass catcher box which has been designed to allow you to quickly and easily empty clippings whilst the design means air and dust are gently discharged onto the ground instead of towards the user. It also features a fill level window so you can keep check on when the box requires emptying without the need to stop and remove the box.
This RMA453PV lawn mower comes with 4 in 1 mowing options, it can be used with the supplied mulch plug for Mulch Mowing. This cuts the grass up finely before returning them to the lawn to act as a natural fertiliser for a healthier lawn. Cut & Collect is done via the grass box, while Cut & Drop dispensed the grass cuttings out of the back of the mower, or Side Discharge allows a chute to be placed on the side of the deck for side eject.
Two battery slots are featured on this mower and when one runs out of charge, it will automatically switch over to the second batters, allowing you work for longer without interruptions. On a full charge of a AP 300 S battery the mower will cut a lawn area of 450m2 which then becomes 900m2 when the lawn mower is used with two AP 300 S batteries.
Powered by the Stihl PRO lithium ion battery system, you can use this lawnmower with existing batteries or purchase new and extend your Stihl cordless garden machinery range with this fantastic one battery fits all system. The motor has been optimised for smooth operation and also features an energy saving Eco mode which helps to extend the run time of the battery.
