Stihl MS231C-BE 14" chainsaw is economic designed meeting the latest emission standard offering better handling and easy maintenance. With up to 20% lower fuel consumption and up to 70% reduction in exhaust emissions, the MS 231C-BE chainsaw is powered by a 40.6cc 2-Mix petrol engine with a power output of 2.0 kW.
Weighing in at only 5.2kg this machine is designed for extended periods of use, constructed with a professional anti vibration system which helps stop user fatigue enabling a longer, more comfortable user experience. This high performance chainsaw is ideal for domestic users and farmers who want to cut firewood, thin and fell small trees or carry out general landscape maintenance.
The MS231 C-BE saw comes with a 14" guide bar with a 14" 3/8" P PM3 chainsaw chain. Featuring ErgoStart which cuts the effort required to start the saw by half, simply pull the recoil with 2 finger and the saw will fire into life. The MS 231 C-BE chainsaw also features quick chain tensioning for tool free and fast adjustment of the cutting bar and chain.
With its compact size due to 'clean air' and 'mix' ports being combined into a single port this chainsaw has a pre-separation filtration system which means less filter cleaning and less maintenance required. With a user friendly round cartridge filter which can be removed without tools and a one part shroud with screw fastenings. With tool-less filler caps, a single-lever master control and microprocessor-controlled ignition system.
