Description
Designed for the demanding domestic user and for use with the property maintenance sector, the Stihl MS 212C-BE chain saw is ideal for general wood cutting, cutting firewood and felling small trees. Built with all the great features of the MS 212 saw but with the addition of Stihl ErgoStart and quick chain tensioning.
This lightweight and robust chainsaw from Stihl comes with a choice of 14" /35cm or 16" / 40cm bar and 3/8" P PM3 chain which cuts through wood effortlessly and reduces the risk of chain kickback. With a powerful 2-MIX 38.6cc petrol engine, emissions have been reduced on this model of saw thanks to a fuel free layer of air created between the burned charge in the combustion chamber and the fresh charge in the crankcase. This also improves fuel efficiency compared to a standard 2-stroke petrol engine.
Designed around user comfort, the MS212C-BE chainsaw comes with ErgoStart which offers easier starting of the chainsaw by the recoil. The recoil can be pulled at one third of the normal force so a simple pull on the recoil and the chainsaw will fire into life. Quick chain tensioning on the side casing of the Stihl MS212C-BE chain saw allows hassle free maintenance, the chains tension can easily be adjusted to the correct tension by a simple thumb screw so need for tools.
With excellent balance and power to weight ratio, the MS 212 CB-E petrol chainsaw gives you complete control while cutting. Anti-vibration mounts on the chainsaw make sure oscillations are dampened to reduces vibrations at the handles. For optimal running in all weathers, the chainsaw has a switch between summer and winter modes.
