Description
The Stihl GHE150 garden shredder is a stable and lightweight shredder making it easy to move around the garden. Producing finely shredded material perfect for making the rest of your garden flourish. With the ability to shred small branches with a maximum thickness of 35mm, the shredder will make light work of helping clear up around the home/garden. The blades have been designed with a Multi-Cut blade which shreds material with minimal vibrations with additional wing blades and ripping blades which shreds the material perfectly and helps keep the shredder chamber clean.
The short, inclined feed chute has been designed with a cloverleaf opening which is positioned at an ergonomically favorable height, allowing branch material with side shoots to be fed safely and conveniently. The soundproof chute reduces working noise when shredding in the garden making this Stihl shredder much more comfortable to work around and more neighbour friendly. Whilst the integrated spray protection provides a shield against swirling dirt.
Designed with a electromagnetic safety lock which prevents the garden shredder from starting automatically during maintenance operations or when the blade is being changed. As soon as the closure screws on the machine are unscrewed, the safety switch is tripped and the current flow is interrupted.
Constructed with a motor protector by an overload device which is a safety locking which prevents the machine from starting up when open.
