SIP 05733 MIG Welder
Offering MIG, TIG and ARC welding, the SIP 160A Weldmate welder is easy to use for a range of welding application for serious domestic users and small workshop application. For flexible welding the welder can be used gasless when in MIG mode.
Compact and lightweight, the welder is portable with a handle for easily moving around from job to job. An infinitely variable dial offers smooth output adjustments. Featuring a 4th generation inverter to be 80% more energy efficient than older welders, the Weldmate 160A has lower running cost when running at the same output.
With an output current of 20A - 160A with a duty cycle of 160A @15% in MIG mode, 20A - 140A with duty cycle of 140A @ 15% in ARC mode and then 20A - 140A with a duty cycle of 140A @ 15% in TIG mode. The welder offers 0.8mm - 6mm material thickness with a wire diameter of 0.8mm - 0.9mm. Compatible with both 0.7kg and 5kg welding wire spools, the welder is supplied with interchangeable feed rollers for solid and flux-cored wire.
Ready to weld straight from the box, the welder comes with an integrated 2mtr MIG torch, electrode lead, earth lead, gas hose with clamps, 0.7kg flux-cored wire reel, feed rollers, contact tips, chipping hammer/brush and face shield.
To weld in TIG Mode you will need to purchase a TIG Torch with Gas Valve (05029), Gas Regulator, Tungsten Electrode, Filler Rod and Gas.
