Description
SIP RS15-10-500DD/RD Rotary Screw Compressor has been designed for heavy duty industrial applications and has been built with a variety of robust features that are ideal for environments where prolonged demands are required. Powered by a high-efficiency IE3 20hp motor, which reduces energy use and overall CO2 emissions and offering maximum performance. The direct drive transmission and gearless connection lowers operational costs when compared to belt-driven screw compressors.
The 05346 is built with high performance Italian air ends with specially designed rotor profiles and the advanced electronic controller ensures you can monitor the screw compressors performance remotely and control via PCs, smartphones and tablets. With the option for weekly programming and 9 independent operating programmes whilst also being able to control multiple compressors up to 4 units with manual, auto and group programming modes.
Designed with noise level volumes in mind this rotary compressor achieves low noise levels thanks to the sound proof cabinet and lower speed radial cooling fans. Whilst the thermostatic controlled centrifugal fan works to ensure the internal temperature is maintained within a safe operating range so that temperature peaks are avoided. The backlit LCD screens shows operating pressure values, oil temperatures, fan & compressor statuses and many other features.
The 500 Litre air receiver tank offers a maximum pressure of 145psi (10Bar) and 74.00CFM max free air delivery.
Requires 400V 3-Phase input supply to operate.
