SIP 05735 Weldmate Pro 200A welder meets the needs of demanding users within fabrication workshops and comes with MIG Pulse function to allow advanced users to achieve higher quality MIG welding on aluminium along with better control on ferrous metals.
With MIG, TIG and ARC welding options, the Weldmate PRO 200A offers versatile welding for a range of welding jobs. Designed with 4th generation inverter technology to provide up to 80% energy efficient and lowing operating costs by operating at the same output while using less power as older welders. For a simplified welding process Pure Synergic Control is featured on this model of Welder, this adjusts the welding voltage and wire feed speed autonomously.
Built with a LCD screen to easily select the welding process which include MIG, MIG Pulse, MIG Dual Pulse, Lift TIG and MMA, the different functions, Pure Synergic Control and MIG Pulse can be selected too. The LCD screen also has the option for a programmable job memory for efficient recall of welding tasks.
Well built within in a robust, metal casing, the welder features a strong grip carry handle for easy movement. With an output current of 50A - 200A with a duty cycle of 200A @ 30% in MIG mode, 30A - 170A with duty cycle of 170A @ 30% in MIG Pulse mode, 20A - 180A with duty cycle of 180A @ 30% in ARC mode and then 20A - 180A with a duty cycle of 180A @ 30% in TIG mode.
The welder offers 0.8mm - 6.4mm material thickness while welding mild steel and 3.2mm - 7.9mm in aluminium. With a wire diameter of 0.8mm - 1.0mm, the welder is compatible with both 5kg and 15kg welding wire spools and is supplied with interchangeable feed rollers for solid and flux-cored wire. The heavy duty aluminium wire feeder ensures smooth and consistent flow of wire to the MIG Torch.
