Description
Ultra high heat grill allows you to get the perfect balance between a beautiful chargrilled crust and a tender, juicy steak. Designed to fit on top of many branded chimney starters (190mm diameter) including the ProQ of course! When paired with a chimney starter, the afterburner is also a really handy portable grill for camping, using a pan, or simply boiling a kettle
Manufactured from high quality stainless steel which is easy to clean using warm soapy water or by simply placing in the dishwasher.
Simply fill the chimney starter with charcoal briquettes and place over a lit lighter cube and leave for approximately 10 minutes to heat up. Cook steaks for 3-4 minutes each side for medium rare (cooking times may vary).
