Under the hood of the barbecue you will find a box with some lifting handles, these handles must be used to lift it off the pallet which the barbecue is delivered on to avoid causing damage. Simply attach the side shelves, attach your gas bottle (not included) and your ready to barbecue!

Outback Signature II 4 Burner Hybrid Barbecue
The leader in an exclusive stainless steel series, The Signature II Hybrid BBQ was re-designed for the 2020 season. Boasting a large 6 6x 43.2cm cooking area which has a stainless steel interchangeable multi-cook grill with a removable circle piece to accommodate an optional pizza stone, wok or griddle (see the accessories tab). To put into perspective this cooking area is capable of cooking up to 24 burgers at any one time. Boasting 4 stainless steel burners which are each individually controlled using the stylish chrome plated control knobs. Each burner is lit individually using the push button piezo ignitor which is located in the center of the stainless steel control panel.
Underneath the stainless steel grills you can cook with either the included flame tamer or the new Hybrid Charcoal Basket with Hybrid briquettes which can be interchanged on half of the cooking grill, new for the 2020 season these briquettes are a mix of charcoal and anthracite which is given its shape within a kiln during the manufacture process. These briquettes give all the great taste of charcoal cooking but the convenience of lighting it with gas. To light, turn the burners on high for around 15 minutes until the briquettes start to the ashen grey turn off the burners and the briquettes will continue to burn (much like charcoal). The briquettes will continue to burn without the burners lit so you can cook on the gas BBQ like you would on a charcoal barbecue. PLEASE NOTE, the hybrid charcoal briquettes are NOT included as standard these will need to be purchased and an optional extra.
The heavy duty stainless steel roasting hood has a built in temperature gauge which allows you to control the temperature of the grill perfectly allowing you to cook just about anything from starters to mains and deserts. The warming rack located within the hood allows you to move food from the grill once cooked freeing up the grilling area which will keep foods warm without cooking them further. At the back of the cooking area is a ceramic infrared back burner which is ideal for slow cooking meat using the rotisserie which can be purchased as an accessory.
Underneath this stylish grilling space there are three pull out soft closing drawers and a cupboard which allows you to store accompaniments, cutlery and other BBQ related accessories. To the left of the BBQ is a fixed side shelf whilst to the right is a fixed side shelf and cast iron/brass side burner with plush fitting fold down lid which allows for extra preparation space when its not in use. An optional cabinet for storing the gas cylinder which features a removable chopping board for extra preparation space can be purchased separately, please see the accessories tab for this item.
This easy to clean barbecue has front removable single layer drip tray which allows you to dispose of any unwanted fats and juices quickly with little mess. Built on 4 heavy duty castors, 2 of which are locking so you can lock the barbecue into place in your garden or patio. This BBQ will arrive FULLY ASSEMBLED so there is very little down time between delivery and BBQ time! Please ensure you follow unwrapping instructions as not to damage the BBQ.
