Description
New for the 2025 season, the Outback Signature build in gas BBQ is set to be a best seller. Offering the ultimate flexibility to build your own outdoor kitchen with this high quality high grade fully stainless steel BBQ grill. Manufactured from high grade, non corrosive 304 grade stainless steel hood and cooking bowl to help protect it against the harsh elements of the UK.
Boasting a 71 x 45.5cm cooking area equipped with the Outback Multi Cooking Surface stainless steel grills which feature a center cut out grill which can be interchanged with any of the MCS accessories including steak grill, griddle, wok, pizza stone and more. Complete with 4 stainless steel burners with flame tamers which protect from flare ups by channeling the fats and juices away from the burner and into the easily removed drip tray. The rear ceramic burner is ideal for use with the Outback rotisserie (sold separately) for the perfect slow cooked joints every time.
Comes complete with 1 charcoal basket which offers you the option to cook on charcoal using the Coconut Shell Hybrid BBQ briquettes (sold separately). To do this you simply turn the burners underneath the charcoal basket on high and leave the 'charcoal' to light for around 15 minutes before turning off the burners and cooking like you would on charcoal.
The double skin roasting hood offers excellent heat retention properties and features a warming rack to keep foods warm and free up space on the cooking grill. This hood also had a temperature gauge so you can keep an eye on the cooking temperature.
