Description
New for 2025, the Outback Mercury range sits at the top end of the new Mercury range. Available as both a 4 burner and a 6 burner version, the hood, control panel, and cabinet doors are all stainless steel.
Equipped with a large 72 x 42cm cooking area which hosts the Outback porcelain enamel coated multi cooking surface with removable center insert which can be swapped with any one of the MCS accessories including pizza stone, steak grill, griddle and more. Also included is a porcelain enamel warming rack to keep foods warm once cooked. With a large double skin roasting hood which boasts excellent heat retention properties which has a built in temperature gauge to keep control of cooking temperatures.
Underneath the large cooking area are 6 stainless steel burners which are all controlled via the front facing control knobs which are easily lit using the piezo ignition system. The burners are covered with flame tamers which channel away fats and juices from the burner and also create a steam which in turn flavours foods. The fats and juices are then caught within in the single layer drip tray.
The BBQ features a side burner to one side which is recessed into the shelf with a fold down lid to double as a side shelf when not in use whilst to the other is a fixed side shelf with bottle opener. Built on a sturdy cabinet which features an internal cylinder storage unit to hide away the gas bottle and offer additional storage hidden behind a stylish silver door. With four castors the BBQ can easily be moved around the garden or patio.
The pre built hood and body offers quick and easy assembly.
