Description
At the top end of the new Mercury range sits the stainless steel model available in both a 4 burner and a 6 burner version. The hood, control panel, and cabinet doors are all stainless steel.
The large 60 x 42cm cooking area boats porcelain enamel coated multi cooking surface which has a circle cut out which can be swapped out with any of the MCS accessories including pizza stone, griddle and wok. This model also includes a porcelain enamel warming rack to keep foods warm once cooked.
The double skin roasting hood offers excellent heat retention whilst the individual control knobs allow you to control each burner individually for the perfect cooking temperatures which are easily checked with the built in temperature gauge. The stainless steel burners are covered with flame tamers which diverts fats and juices away from the burners to prevent flare ups.
To one side of the BBQ is a fixed side shelf offering ample preparation space whilst to the other is a side burner which offers extra cooking space for accompanying foods such as sauces and potatoes, this side burner has a fold down cover so when the side burner is not in use the shelf can be used for preparation. The shelf features a bottle opener. Built on a sturdy cabinet which features an internal cylinder storage unit to hide away the gas bottle and offer additional storage hidden behind a stylish silver door. With four castors the BBQ can easily be moved around the garden or patio.
The pre built hood and body offers quick and easy assembly.
