Description
A new addition to the Outback 6 burner range for 2025 is the striking Mercury 6 burner gas BBQ which not only will sit pretty on any lawn or patio but its feature packed offering a high quality family BBQ at an affordable price point.
Boasting a large 72 x 42cm cooking area which can cook up to 28 burgers at any one time it is the ideal BBQ for larger gatherings. The large grill area is covered with the Outback Multi Surface Cooking (MSC) which has a center circle cut out which is interchangeable with any of the MSC accessories including pizza stone, steak grill, griddle and more. Underneath the grill area is 6 stainless steel burners, all easily lit using the integrated ignition and individually controlled with the front facing control knobs. Over the burners sit flame tamers which are an upside down V shaped piece of metal which channels away fats and juices from the grill into the drip tray for easy cleaning and helping prevent flare ups.
The large roasting hood is double skinned for optimum heat retention and features a temperature gauge, the hood and body is also porcelain enameled for easy cleaning and longevity. The cart boasts a pull out draw for storing all BBQ accessories and tools and is built with two wheels to allow you to easily move the BBQ around the garden with ease.
To one side of the BBQ is a fixed side shelf and to the other is a side burner for accompanying foods requiring pan cooking which also doubles as a side shelf when not in use thanks to the fold down lid.
