Description
Makita UR013G brushcutter is powered by Makita's 40vmax XGT battery range to give excellent power and performance to rival a petrol model but with all the benefits of a battery brushcutter, such as low noise levels, lightweight design and zero direct emissions.
With exceptional power output of 1,500w from the reliable brushless motor, the UR013G has variable speed control and with torque mode for ultimate power when it is needed. Soft start and electric brake are featured on this model of cordless brush cutter to ensure a smooth start and quick stopping of the trimmer head is achieved. Anti-restart is also fitted for added safety on the machine, the ensure the brush cutter does not accidentally restart when it is finished with.
AFT (active feedback sensing technology) provides the user with comfortable use, this technology senses if the rotation of the trimmer head suddenly slows down and the AFT shuts the tool down to preduce the risk of kick back. The UR013G is rated to IPX4 so you can use in wet weather.
The Makita UR013G comes with comfortable bike handles which are offset for excellent balance and control. The handles can also be adjusted without a tool so you can the best working position possible. The handles features a multi-functional control handle with the trigger, this allows you to easily see the remaining battery life, select the mode required, vary the speed and turn the machine on and off. Reverse option is available here which allows the trimmer head to rotate the opposite way if it becomes tangled with grass.
*For use with Makita XGT Batteries, this item is not compatible with the LXT range of batteries.
Available as a Body Only Unit or as a Kit which includes a 40v XGT 5Ah battery and DC40RA Charger.
