Powered by the 40v max XGT battery range from Makita, the UN001GZ offers lightweight design which is well balanced for working at height. With an adjustable 60cm cutting blade which is double sided, the hedge trimmer can effortlessly reach hedge tops and trim the sides of hedges with ease.
The double-sided hedge cutter blade can be adjusted from 70° tilt down to 45° tilt upwards, offering a range of working positions. With three speed to choose from which are selected on the handy positioned trigger handle, a reverse function on the UN001GZ also allows you to reverse the blade direction if they become snagged on a branch.
Well balanced and easy to use, the Makita UN001GZ come with a brushless motor for lower maintenance requirements and offer zero direction emissions and low noise levels, ideal for use in public areas such as schools, hospitals, public parks, or residential areas. For easy storage and safety, the blades can be folded round and will disengage the drive when in the folded position.
