Designed with a powerful 1800w electric motor which powers a 40cm / 16" cutter bar offering a 14.5 m/sec chain speed. Ideal for homeowners who are looking for a quality electric chainsaw for trimming trees, maintaining gardens or cutting logs quickly with ease. Operating from a 230v domestic household electricity supply the UC4041A can be used with an extension lead to give ample room to manoeuvre.
Featuring a tool-less blade change which means you can quickly tension the chain on your chainsaw quickly and easily. Utilizing automatic chain lubrication and Safety Matic chain brake offering protection from kick back, the unit also incorporates an additional run-out brake that ceases the chain when the power supply is cut. To the front of the chainsaw there is a bumper spike which grips the work piece firmly to provide a more controlled cutting action.
Designed to be lightweight at only 4.7kg and with low vibration levels and ergonomic soft grip, the user to use this chainsaw for longer periods of time without fatigue. This chainsaw has been designed with the end user in mind, simple and easy to operate this chainsaw delivered excellent power. The oil fill level window allows you to keep an eye on the oil level so you can quickly fill with chain oil without causing damage to the chainsaw.
