Makita 4.5" / 115mm Angel Grinder has been ergonomically designed with the users comfort in mind with a perfect size handle to fit comfortably in your hand. An updated system to reduce vibration is also featured on this angle grinder, Super Joint System II (SJS), vibrations are dramatically reduced by a leaf spring which absorbs vibrations and relieves shock during operation by 12.5% compared to the original super joint system. For user safety the GA4540R01 has double insulation and an anti-restart function which prevents the accidental start up. It also features soft start.
The powerful 1100w motor produces a load speed of 11,000rpm and is powerful for a range of jobs, suitable for 115mm / 4.5" blades with a maximum thickness of 6mm. It features a tool-less wheel cover that can easily be adjusted to any position.
