Description
Cordless Combi engine designed with a powerful 36v DC motor drive system which is powered by two 18v lithium ion batteries. Delivering excellent power levels this lightweight machine boasts 0 harmful emissions and extremely low noise levels which allows this Combi engine to be used in noise sensitive areas. Well balanced this multi tool is not only easy to use but comfortable. The on/of button makes starting this multi tool very simple whilst the auto-off feature means the machine will automatically switch off when it has not been operated within one minute which helps to prolong the battery life.
Featuring a reverse switch which is perfect for removing grass clippings and active feedback sensing technology (AFT) which shuts down the tool to protect the user if the rotation speed suddenly slows down. Part of the Makita multi tool system, this DUX60PT2 split shaft multi tool is suitable for use with all Makita Combi attachments - it uses the same attachments as the petrol counterpart. (Only one extension pole per unit).
Comes complete with 2 5amp lithium ion batteries and a twin charger as standard. Boasting a run time of up to 117 minutes when using the BL1860 (6ah) Battery, 97 minutes with the BL1850 (5ah) Battery and 75 minutes when using the BL1840 (4ah) Battery when using the nylon cutting head.
