Description
Designed to use 2 x 18v Makita lithium ion batteries, the 36v motor delivers more power and run time without leaving the 18v battery range so you can continue to use your 18v batteries with any Makita 18v LXT machine. Powered by a brushless motor for improved performance and less maintenance, this model features Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) which shuts down the machine to protect the user if the rotation speed suddenly slows down.
This brush cutter has 3 speed settings; high, medium, low and a also a reverse switch which is ideal for the removal of grass clippings. The variable speed control dial allows you to adjust the speed and the power switch has an automatic off function to save battery charge for longer run times.
At the cutting end of the tool is a nylon cutting head which rotates clockwise to prevent grass clippings from flying towards the users side whilst the small protector gives a better view of the area to be cut. The DUR368AZ brushcutter boasts Automatic Torque Drive Technology which automatically changes the cutting speed according to the load for optimal performance. Featuring a shoulder strap for maximum user comfort.
*Backed by a standard 1 year warranty which can be extended by an additional 2 years when registered online within 30 days of purchase.
