Description
The 2-stage blade opening has a 54mm maximum opening so you can adjust the size of the opening according to the size of the branch to be cut. This extra sharp blade can be interlocked with the trigger providing smooth blade movement which is similar to that of a hand pruner. This Makita cordless pruner has a 33mm maximum cutting capacity and a high cutting efficiency. The handle has been designed with an ergonomic soft grip for more comfortable use.
2 x 18v lithium ion batteries (not included) can be stored within the comfortable backpack harness whilst the arm band and cord holder prevents the connection cord from tangling around the users body, getting caught in branches or getting in the way of pruning. Powered by 2 18v li-ion batteries which supplies energy to the 36v DC motor system. Featuring a twin LED battery fuel gauge on the side of the switch box so you can see when the batteries are ready to be recharged. Designed with an electronic current limiter for overload protection. and motor circuit protection which is current and temperature activated.
Guaranteed for 12 months which can be extended a further 2 years when registered online with Makita within 30 days of purchase.
Run time up to 86,000 cuts when using the BL1860 Battery, 71,000 cuts with the BL1850 Battery and 57,00 cuts when using the BL1840 Battery.
