Offering high power cutting to rival a petrol model, the Makita DUH604S provides low noise with zero emissions. Powered by an 18V LXT battery (not included) which drives the 60cm single sided blades with ease. The blades cut in a double reciprocating action and are triple edge cutting blades to capture and hold the branches for efficient cutting. The blade are also curved to reduce friction and suppress energy loss which results in longer run time.
The DUH604S offers 3 speed controls to suit a range of tasks. Two handed start up is required to protect the user, along with an electric brake and soft start. The machine will power off if it is not operated for 60 second.
Lightweight at just 3.4kg, the DUH604 hedge trimmer is perfectly balance for optimal user control. Anti-vibration structure is fitted for comfort to the user for prolonged periods of use. Low noise levels with the cordless machinery make it ideal for use in residential or noise sensitive ares.
