Makita DUH601RT Cordless Hedge Trimmer
The Makita DUH601RT offers a lightweight design with exceptional power, this hedge trimmer is powered by one 18V LXT lithium ion battery. The the hedge trimmer boasts a 60cm double sided blade with triple edged cutting teeth that are designed to capture the branches and hold them in place while cutting. The blades are curved to reduce friction and suppress energy loss which results in longer run time.
With a powerful, brushless motor to prolong maintenance life and can be set to 3 varying speeds, Low offers 0-2000 strokes per min, Medium 0-3600 strokes per min and High offering 0-4400 strokes per min. With two soft ergonomic handles to provide comfortable use to the user, the rear handle can be rotated to 5 positions ensuring each job can be catered for with ease.
The DUH601RT has a soft start function, an electric brake and reverse button, the DUH601RT is easy to use and lightweight at just 3.8kg without battery. Ideal for use within noise sensitive areas with low noise levels, the hedge trimmer offers zero emissions and requires very little maintenance compared to a petrol equivalent.
