Makita DUH506 50xm Battery Hedge Trimmer
With a lightweight design, the Makita DUH506 hedge trimmer comes with a large double sided blade which has a top bevel tooth and two sharpened edges for excellent cutting abilities. The Makita DUH506 hedge trimmer comes with a high stroke rate of 4,000 strokes per min and can cut branches with up to 20mm thickness.
A brushless motor on the DUH506 hedge cutter prolongs the life and reduces the maintenance requirements on the motor. Powered by an 18v LXT battery, the hedge trimmer offers run times of up to 75 minutes on a BL1860 6Ah battery.
Easy to control, the hedge trimmer comes with soft grip front and rear handles with the front handle having a redesigned switch lever which is easy and comfortable to press. Anti-restart function is featured on this model for added safety, along with an electric brake for maximum productivity and increased operator safety.
Constant speed control plus soft start on the DUH506 hedgetrimmer means that as tool starts up it will temporarily reduce the load, torque and electric current surge of the motor so there is little to no kick on start up.
