Description
The Makita DUC306Z chainsaw offers professional users with a highly efficient cordless chainsaw to meet the demanding needs within the aborist tree care sector. The powerful brushless motor is run from two 18v lithium ion batteries to provide chain speeds to rival a petrol model.
With variable speed controls, the DUC306Z also offers torque boost mode which raises the rpm temporarily for faster cutting on thicker branches. An effective chainsaw brake is featured in the event of a kickback and the auto power off function will automatically power off the chainsaw if is not operated.
The robust 30cm guide bar is secured with captive nuts which prevent the loss of the nut when adjusting the chain tension or replacing the chain or bar. The chain oil tank has a visible level so you can see when the chainsaw requires topping up with chain oil.
With a slim, ergonomic design, this top handle chainsaw features a metal bumper spike which firmly grips the wood to provide the user with more control and easier wood cutting. A hook located on the back of the body allows the chainsaw to be hung from the user waist and positions the guide bar away from the legs.
Top handled chainsaws are for use by certified users only, a certificate of competence must be held and a copy provided upon the request from our web team when the order has been received. As this is a legal requirement we MUST see this certificate before we can process your order.
