Powered by a 18v lithium-ion battery from the Makita range, the Makita DJV181Z Jigsaw provides smooth yet powerful cutting on a range of materials. With a high stroke speed of 3500spm, the jigsaw has a dial to adjust the speed to suit each material it is cutting. With a stroke length of 26mm, the Makita DJV181Z gas a cutting capacity of 135mm in wood and 10mm in steel.
With comfort grip to give better control and a comfortable use which is ideal for when using for longer periods of time. Three orbital settings and soft no load speed provide a precise cut every time.
The low noise level of 78dB(A) and low vibration of 6.5m/sec² when cutting boards and 5m/sec² when cutting sheet metal means you get a more comfortable use. The LED job light creates easy to trace cutting lines so you can ensure you give the best cut each and every time you use the DJV181Z.
