Description
The Makita DCU604Z wheelbarrow is powered by two 18v LXT batteries and makes light work of heavy loads to transport without back breaking work for the user. With a large work load area, the maximum load capacity on the wheel barrow is 300kg when working on flat ground and when working on slopes up to 12° the maximum load capacity is 180kg.
Three gears are featured on the DCU604Z wheelbarrow with speeds of 1.5 / 3.5 / 5.0 km/h to choose from, a reverse gear of 1.0 km/h is also available. Variable speed can also be selected and adjusted by the trigger switch and a brake lever with locking mechanism is fitted so you can lock the wheelbarrow in place when filling or emptying, even on a slope.
The bed platform of this Makita cordless wheel barrow can be extended to accept larger loads, the width can adjust from 945mm to 1090mm and the length can go from 625mm to 1015mm. Manual dump on the DCU604 wheelbarrow allows the load to be lifted to 90°. The handles can be adjusted to suit each individual users height.
Powered by two 18v LXT batteries to give 36v of power, the DCU604 wheelbarrow can hold four batteries at one time and when two run out of charge it can be switched over to the other two which allows for a longer working time without stopping to recharge.
With 4 pneumatic wheels, the rear two are double tyres which swivel independently for improved swivel performance, the rear wheels can also be locked in place if required. The front two wheels are the driving wheels and can handle bumpy ground while the rear wheel axle will tilt to provide stability.
For added safety the battery powered wheelbarrow comes with head lights and tall light warning beeper. A level gauge is featured to ensure the wheelbarrow is level and child lock key is fitted for added protection.
