I will not be home for the delivery, what will happen?
For parcel deliveries the courier will leave you a card with their details and consignment number giving full information on how to re-arrange the delivery.
For pallet deliveries the courier service will only attempt delivery once, the standard delivery is a ‘book in’ service meaning the courier will call to arrange a suitable day and time slot for you, the next day delivery option is an all-day service we cannot guarantee a time unfortunately. Should no one be home to accept delivery on the arranged day additional charges will apply.
