Hyundai DHY8000SELR Diesel Generator
The Hyundai DHY8000SELR is powered by an air cooled Hyundai 4-stroke D500 12hp diesel engine which produces up to 6kW of clean energy. The large 30 litre diesel tank allows up to 30 hours of run time on 1 tank meaning you can run this standby generator for longer periods without the need to stop and refuel which is ideal for when mains supply is lost. Thanks to the AVR alternator this clean energy is achieved allowing this DHY8000SELR generator to be used with sensitive equipment such as laptops and mobile phones. Designed with 1 x 115v (16A), 1 x 115v (32A) and 1 x 230v (32A) sockets.
This generator is compatible with an automatic transfer switch (ATS) which can be connected to an ATS system for maximum convenience. This feature will automatically start the generator up when loss of power is detected from the mains and then turn it off again when power is detected again from the mains. The electric start feature also allows the generator to be switched on with a simple turn of the key. Suitable for home standby or business standby use, the small and modern design of the DHY8000SELR makes it an attractive machine to have at your premises.
To keep track on the generator usage the digital panel will show the overall run time, digital voltmeter and frequency. Also features low oil shut down which will automatically sut down the engine when the oil is low to ensure the engine is protected from accidental damage. With a 5.5kVa rated and 6.8kVa max output.
This Hyundai DHY80000SELR has been designed for standby use, for continuous power, we would recommend a 1500rpm diesel generator.
