Lightweight and compact, this top handle chainsaw is ideal for working at height and a retained bar nut is featured on the chain bar to prevent losing the bar nut whilst working in the field. The Husqvarna T540iXPG chainsaw is a popular choice for professional users, thanks to its excellent high power to weight ratio, offering the same power as a 40cc professional chainsaw when used BLi200X 36V Lithium-ion battery. Designed with professional arborists users in mind for demanding forestry tree care, the rope attachments and belt eyelets allow for the chainsaw to be easily and safely attached to specialist climbing equipment.
The efficient brushless motor is low maintenance, providing high and consistent torque. Built with a 14" / 35cm guide bar and chain, the chainsaw offers low noise and high chain speed for excellent cutting performance. Also benefitting from Husqvarna savE™ mode which provides maximum power or runtime dependant on conditions, so you will always get the perfect cutting result.
The handy flip-up tank caps are easy to open for effortless filling of chain oil. Whilst the adjustable oil bump allows you to easily set the chain lubrication to suit your needs, and the chain oil sensor indicator on the intuitive keypad will light up to indicate when the chain oil requires refilling. The T540iXPG features a heated handle to keep hands warm during colder working conditions, an Inertia chain brake that reduces the likelihood of injury due to kickback.
This battery powered chain saw has been designed to fulfil the IPX4 classification for rain resistance, making it a long lasting and reliable tool for use all year round, whatever the weather condition.
