When it comes to Stihl products our Buxton showroom has a wide range of new products on the shelf available to view at your leisure, if you need some advice the team will be on hand or should you wish to wonder round the showroom and take in the products alone our team will leave you to shop.

With a range of petrol, cordless and electric garden machinery in store to view and get a feel for alone with a range of complimentary accessories to ensure your machine will be in perfect working order. Did you know Stihl also offer a wide range of PPE, forestry equipment and a stylish yet practical range of merchandise for both work and leisure.

World of Power – Stihl Repair Agent

For machinery you wish to bring to our showroom to be inspected by our Stihl trained technicians, our team will book in the machine by taking information about the machine and the fault or service you require. Should the issue be technical or if our technician needs further information and they are available they will come through to the showroom to speak to you directly or they will pick up the phone and call you to ask any further questions.

Our technicians are fully trained on inspection, diagnostics, repairs and service which is all carried out in our Buxton showroom which houses all the specialist equipment needed. Whilst your machine is in our care we will update you with any relevant costs, information or updates and of course you can call our showroom on 01298 213123 between the hours of 10am – 4pm Monday – Friday or pop in for an update.

All parts used in the service or repairs of your Stihl machine are genuine Stihl replacement parts which come directly from the Stihl warehouse.

Should we deem your machine uneconomical to repair we won’t go ahead with the repair, our team will quote for the repair and call you to discuss your options. We value your custom and always treat our customers how we would like to be treated in the same situation!

Not local to Buxton? No Problem!

As we ship on a national basis, our team will still offer the excellent customer service experienced in our showroom throughout the business. All team members are trained to the same high standard so we can ensure no matter whom you deal with you will always receive the same high standards which World of Power pride themselves on.

For those who purchase goods online, you can contact us via telephone, email or live chat function via the website for support on your Stihl equipment where we can offer troubleshooting, advice and much more.

Sometimes our team can offer you a quick fix for smaller issues or if you have any issues starting your petrol machinery our team are able to offer a video call to help assist you or even diagnose the fault you are experiencing. We also accept videos and images via email to help our team help you.

Not only does our courier deliver nationwide they also offer a collection service too, meaning should you experience an issue we cannot resolve via one the above means we will send the courier back to you to collect the parceled up machine to bring it back to our Buxton showroom to complete a full and thorough inspection. This collection can be arranged from any UK mainland address on any working day which suits you!  Once the item arrives back into our Buxton based warehouse, your machine will be treated the same as if you had walked through our showroom door. Once the inspection / repair has taken place our team will call you to arrange a convenient day for re-delivery.

We can of course also accommodate repairs and service work for machinery which was purchased from any other Stihl dealer, we will never turn away any Stihl customer! Simply bring along your proof of purchase with your machine to our Buxton showroom or email through the proof of purchase to our team so we have all the information we need. Please note whilst we can offer the same courier collection and re-delivery for Stihl machinery purchased from other Stihl dealers we cannot offer this service free of charge, collections and re-delivery will only be free of charge for World of Power customers with warranty faults.
