When it comes to cleaning, the Outback Trekker portable BBQ is one of the easiest BBQ's we have ever cleaned! The BBQ itself is designed with a integral grease collection tray which collects the fats and juices from foods so you can spend less time cleaning and more time enjoying the outdoors.

To give the BBQ a good once over simply use a BBQ brush which when the grill area is warm (when finished cooking or simply turn on the burners and let the grill heat up) use the brush to brush off any remnants of left over food on the grill, the heat will kill of any bacteria on the BBQ making it safe to use.

For those who prefer to give the grill a full wipe down, simply use the brush method above when you have finished cooking on the BBQ, then when cool use warm soapy water and a washing up sponge to give the grill a good clean. I would recommend using washing up liquid as it has de-greasing properties leaving the grill looking like new!
