The app is free to download on Google Play and the Apple App Store, simply create an account with your e-mail address and then you can connect your machine by either Bluetooth, QR scan code or manually input it using the serial number which is easily identified on the product label on the machine.
Once you have successfully downloaded the app, registered an account and agreed to the T&C’s, you have the option of loads of great benefits to ensure you get the best user experience from your machine.
- User guides
Here you will find useful how to guides for your specific product so you are up to date on how to use the machine to its full potential. Instruction manuals and how to videos are also available.
- Local dealer information
A list of dealers can be found in this section on the app, and you are able to search by town or postcode, or by allowing the app to know your current location.
- Set preferred dealer
This feature allows you to set your favourite dealer as your preferred dealer; this will allow you to bring up their contact details at the press of a button so you can keep connected as and when you need them.
- Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting will alert you of any matters than require attention and give you an informative resolve where possible or will point you towards your dealer where necessary.
- Simplified maintenance
A level of maintenance is required on all machines, here the app will give you all the information you require to maintain your product to get the very best performance from it.

Informative lists of spare parts and accessories are available specific to each machine. It will provide Husqvarna’s product code and a Call Dealer button then allows you to call your preferred dealer to order what you require.
