If you’re not a fan of pulling cords or mixing petrol, then cordless battery technology could be for you. With zero direct emissions and low weight and low noise levels, it’s easy to see why battery power is fast becoming people’s first choice for garden machinery. The Husqvarna 120iB blower is a firm contender with our customers for clearing leaves and debris around the garden. At just 2kg, this blower is super light and offers 3 power modes to choose from, depending on the job.
Each of Husqvarna’s 36v batteries comes with an LED charge indicator to provide you with information on remaining charge. As with all lithium ion batteries, power will not be forfeited when your battery level is low, you’ll have full power until the batteries runs out of charge. And once the battery is out of charge, the tool will recognise the power loss and safely stop the machine.
One battery fits all, so once you have purchased your first garden tool with a battery, you can purchase the body only tool next time to keep cost down and reduce the need to buy a battery each time.
