What’s the difference between the chains used on each model?
The
Husqvarna 135 uses a 3/8P” chain whereas the Husqvarna 435 uses a .325” chain which gives less drag and keeps the RMP (Revs) higher giving more of a power output overall. The Husqvarna will offer a more efficient cut every time (bearing in mind you keep your chain nice and sharp!)
You cannot swap the chain / bar between these two machines as the sprocket is different.
The filler caps…
The 135 uses a screw type which can be opened with a screw driver whereas the 435 uses flip up easy remove filler caps for quicker fuel and oil refill getting you back to work quicker with less fuss (shown in yellow circles to the left and green squares below).
Behind the side cover…
When you remove the side cover (exactly the same plastic side cover is used) you will find the clutch. On the Husqvarna 435
you will see a higher quality more heavy duty clutch mechanism giving a longer life than the 135.
Fuel levels…
The Husqvarna 435 has a fuel level view window so you can see when you’re getting ready to refuel whilst the 135 does not have this feature (see yellow circles)
Why should I pay more for the Husqvarna 435?
Overall the
Husqvarna 135 and the 435 are not much different, both using mostly the same parts, casing and engine. The 435 offers a few extra benefits and features which helps make chainsawing easier, uses higher quality parts which should give a longer life and gives a higher power output for a more efficient cut.
The warranty…
Backed by a 2 year domestic warranty or 12 month commercial warranty,
World of Power offer full warranty support. We have a dedicated technician who (if we don’t say so ourselves) is a Husqvarna expert, with many years’ experience, training courses and 100s of chainsaws passing his nose week on week, what he doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing!
If you have a problem our friendly staff can talk you though over the phone or arrange to collect the machine from you for inspection.
What do I do when the warranty is up and I have a problem?
World of Power offer a full after sales service even when your machine is no longer covered under warranty. We have a fully kitted out workshop which carries out paid repairs to ensure your machine will give you excellent service even out of its guarantee.
What about spare parts in the future?
Husqvarna have extensive parts lists and parts which are available for machinery over 10 years old. They have parts available for many years even when they have stopped manufacturing the particular machine, they believe in ensuring you can get good service from your machine year on year.
