Once you have selected your machine we then offer you a complete handover service where our staff will advise you on the correct starting and running procedures; the right fuels to use to get the best performance from your machine; together with the recommended accessories to ensure you work safely and efficiently. Once you have purchased your machine we offer a full back up service should you require further assistance. For those seeking advice, our friendly team will help. We Service your Garden Machinery
Once you reach the anniversary of your purchase, the manufacturer of your machine will more than likely recommend a service. Now is a good time for you to consider this, whilst you are not using garden machinery. Make sure your machinery is ready to go into action in the Spring. This is a condition of your warranty on many machines, so we highly recommend that you contact us to arrange a service. We will inspect your machine and check its running as it should. Should you need any repairs due to unforeseen issues, we repair; parts and warranty agents for a wide range of the brands which we sell including Makita, Stihl & Husqvarna. We can usually order parts in on a 1-3 day delivery to avoid you being out of service for too long.
