Description
Offering a powerful and accurate cut every time, the SIP 01572 metal cutting bandsaw is ideal for cutting bar, tube and profile workpieces in a range of metals types such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and alloys.
The swivel head on this bandsaw allows cutting between 0° and 45° which reduces the need to move the workpiece from the vice. Fitted to a pressed steel base which reduces vibrations and improves cutting accuracy. A carbon steel blade is supplied with the bandsaw and a manual blade tensioner ensure that the blade cuts efficiently.
For user safety a blade guard is fitted with a safety interlock and auto-stop cut function will engage when the cutting process is complete.
