Thanks to its unique weave design, this basket prevents food from falling through the cooking grill whilst allowing smoke, steam and heat to freely flow through into the food. Made from stainless steel, this basket is ideal for cooking fish, shrimp, vegetables, roast nuts or to lift large cuts of meat in/out of the smoker. This basket can also be used to cold smoke foods within your smoker using the cold smoke generator.
