- To clean, simply pop the cooking grills in the dishwasher or wash by hand with ordinary washing up liquid and wipe clean the inside of the BBQ with a warm soapy cloth.
- Cover the water pan with tin foil before filling with water, this helps protect the pan in case of accidental burn dry.

ProQ Ranger Charcoal BBQ Smoker
The smallest smoker within the ProQ range, the Range is no novice when it comes to functionality or versatility. Offering a huge 14lbs of cooking capabilities with two 37cm stainless steel cooking grills you can even add an additional stacker offering a further 37cm cooking area (available separately). Easily catering for up to 8 people with easy it has the capacity to cook 2 whole chickens or 36 sausages at once!
The main body and hood is manufactured from high grade porcelain coated steel with stainless steel grills, aluminum parts and heat proof silicone. Within the roasting hood is an integrated temperature gauge to keep check on the cooking temperature, the cooking temperature can easily be controlled using the 3 vents on the smoker to ensure food is cooked at the desired temperature for results no less than perfection. These vents feature vent adjustment tabs with cool touch silicone covers to help protect skin from burning when touching the vent. The body of the BBQ has been designed with probe eyelets which are made from silicon to protect your probe from damage and allows you to place a permanent probe within meats whilst cooking for optimum temperature cooking.
The steel body has been coated with a glossy ceramic finish for weather resistance and heat retention. All the fittings on the smoker are stainless steel including the side handles, clips, nuts and bolts making it more resistant to rust. The access doors on the body of the BBQ allow you to top up water or add wood chips whilst cooking and feature cool touch silicone covers to help protect from burning.
Designed to offer maximum versatility you can removable the middle sections allowing you to make a smaller, more portable BBQ. For those wanting to cook with a short range for higher temperatures you can remove one center piece and for those who will do do long range cooking for longer cooking times can use the smoker as a whole. Should you wish to slow cook foods, you can use the water pan which reduces cooking temperature (indirect cooking method) or to directly cook at a longer distance with higher heat can simply remove the water pan. Each layer has a latch locking system which allows easy transport and allowing you to easily lift sections to place food on grill / remove or add additional charcoal.
This smoker comes with a detachable base that holds the charcoal basket (and a grill for grilling), two stackers each with a 37cm grill and a domed lid. The Ranger Elie BBQ smoker model comes fully assembled with only the legs needing to be screwed to the base of the smoker which is very simple to do.
