Mulching is a simple idea; instead of the grass cuttings being forced out of a chute at the rear of the rotary mower and into the collection bag the grass is forced to spin round under the mower deck. The blade is designed to chop the grass up into small pieces and then force it down into the ground. The nutrients in the grass cuttings then help to feed the lawn and you are not left with any messy grass cuttings on your lawn.
