Makita Top Handle Cordless Chainsaw
Lightweight and robust, this powerful chainsaw is perfect for professional tree surgeons due to the top handled design. This body only chainsaw is powered by the innovative Makita LXT 18V battery and features a 25cm bar and chain, offering great power to weight ratio making this chainsaw ideal for using while climbing trees.
To ensure customer comfort the chainsaw features soft start and variable speed control by the trigger. An oil display for the chain oil allows you to view the amount of oil in the tank and the chain oil is adjustable. The DUC254Z has been fitted with an electric chain brake in case of kick back occurs. Featuring a hanging hook for while climbing, captive nuts on the side casing prevent them being lost whilst removing the sprocket.
Compact and lightweight, the chainsaw features a brushless 570w motor and features main power switch with auto power off function. This top-handled chainsaw is only available to users holding a certificate of competence that must be produced before the product is supplied.
