The Lifestyle Dominica gas barbecue comes with a sleek black and stainless steel finish, providing a stylish addition to your garden for al fresco cooking. With 5 gas burners which are each individually controlled with a gas knob, the BBQ can be used for direct grill foods such as steaks, burgers and sausages, along with indirect cooking with is ideal for slow roasting larger joints. This works by turning the inner rings off and leaving the outer burners on low.
Featuring a large roasting hood which has a built in temperature gauge allowing you to keep an eye on the temperature. Sitting above the 5 burners is a large 76 x 43cm cooking area which is ideal for cooking for larger parties but being individually controlled burners you can use as much of the grilling area you wish to avoid wasting fuel. This Dominica also comes complete with a warming rack which allows foods to be kept warm whilst freeing up the grilling area to continue cooking foods.
Two side shelves are featured on this barbeque, the side shelves provide a space for food preparation and storage of condiments and BBQ utensils. On the right hand side shelves sits an integrated side burner which is ideal for cooking accompanying foods such as sauces, potatoes, onions and such like, this side burner can then be covered with a slide out preparation shelf when not in use.
