Description
Full stainless steel gas barbecue with 5 main gas burners, infrared rotisserie burner and infra red side burner which are individually controlled using the front control knobs. Each burner is lit using the electronic ignition which is very easy and the control panel features blue LED lighting and 2 halogen bulbs in the grilling area which lights up the barbecue beautifully. The roasting hood has a built in temperature gauge allowing you to have full control over cooking temperatures and giving more cooking options including grilling, roasting, sizzling, boiling and rotisserie roasting.
Designed with a large 77.5x49cm cooking area which is ideal for cooking for larger parties but being individually controlled stainless steel burners you can use as much of the grilling area you wish to avoid wasting fuel. This model also comes complete with a stainless steel warming rack which allows foods to be kept warm whilst freeing up the grilling area to continue cooking foods. A rotisserie is available to purchase as an optional extra if you wish to make the most of the rotisserie burner.
To the left of the roasting hood is an ice bucket and to the right is a sizzle burner both of which are covered with a slide out preparation shelf when not in use. These slide out shelves offers a unique design which allows more preparation space whilst BBQing. Underneath the BBQ are stainless steel cabinet and side pods for storing utensils, accessories and food. This Bahama Island BBQ is built on castors to allow you to move around the garden/patio or in/out of storage with ease.
