Description
The Hyundai HY1000Si is a compact, lightweight and portable inverter generator which provides a convenient and cost-effective source of power, producing 1kW/1000W. Ideal for the leisure user and any other application where low noise levels are important. The HY 1000 Si allows you to take your sensitive electronic gadgets with you wherever you need them and is also ideal for modern power tools.
This, the baby model in Hyundai generator range, features a slim case which allows you to store it in more compact spaces, as well as a moulded handle which makes it more comfortable and easy to carry and it only weighs 14kg. An all new compact inverter board allows for this new slim-line design and is a feature on all Hyundai inverter generators in the range. This suitcase sized generator also features a full LED display which makes it easy to monitor the performance of the generator including the voltage, frequency and hour count.
Fitted with a 50cc Hyundai easy start 4-Stroke petrol engine the HY1000Si delivers 1kW of Pure Sine Wave Clean Electricity which is essential for powering sensitive items like laptops, TV’s, mobile phones without fear of overloading them aswell as every day electrical items. The control panel features a 230v socket for use with any appliance which uses a standard 3-pin 13A UK mains plug, as well as a 12v DC battery charging outlet, ideal for a variety of uses.
This inverter generator is extremely popular for powering family holidays, and it is built to be user-friendly with low maintenance requirements. Digital overload protection will shut the generator down should the load pass the maximum threshold, and low oil shutdown also turns off the generator should the oil levels drop past a safe level.
Already a very economical generator, the Hyundai HY1000Si also has the added benefit of an ECO mode which, when selected, will lower the engine revs to match only the load being applied, which in turn increases the fuel economy, lowers the noise produced and extends the lifespan of the engine.
The HY1000Si can also be converted to be a dual fuel machine, running on both LPG as well as petrol, which is extremely convenient for caravan owners who will already keep a supply of LPG with them at all times.
All Hyundai inverter generators are covered by a 3 year standard Hyundai warranty. This generator is intended for Leisure and home DIY use only. For heavy duty commercial use, we recommend a conventional 3.5kVA petrol generator.
