How to use A Makita Charger

• Plug the charger into the proper AC voltage source, you will then see a green charging flashing repeatedly.
• Insert the battery onto the charger you will feel the battery click into place once.
• The charger will show a constant red light to the left hand side once the battery is in place. Once charging begins you will see a green and red constant light along with a pre-set brief melody played to confirm the battery is charging.

Once the battery has finished charging you will again hear a pre-set melody, longer than the one to confirm the commencement of charging – the charge light will change from a constant red and green lights to a constant green light onl

• Remove the battery from the charger, should you need to charge another battery please refer back to step 1 alternatively turn off the electricity supply to the charger.

PLEASE NOTE - Charge time varies by temperature (10°C - 40°C / 50°F - 104°F), condition of the battery, previous charge cycle / discharge.
