Our team are on hand to offer advise should it be needed, we regularly attend dealer days where we get hands on with the products and build a wealth of knowledge to ensure you get the right product for you. If you wish to browse or shop in peace, no problem our team will leave you too it, simply head over to our counter should you wish to purchase or ask any questions.
We have a large FREE carpark with dedicated spaces for World of Power customers. Need help loading the car? No problem our team will assist you in carrying any purchases to your vehicle.

We have been online since 2002! Now that might not sound impressive, but we were one of the very first garden machinery dealers to launch online! Back then, things were a little different with lots of manual keying of orders, filing and photocopying! Now in 2024, our internal systems are unrecognizable from the early days! We continually stive to offer our customers the very best products and customer service, both during and post service. Since COVID our day to day operations have changed and improved 10-fold.
To put it into perspective, we have been selling STIHL products for 22 years! This long standing 22 year relationship with one of the most well-known garden machinery manufacturers in the world shows our dedication and commitment to both the brands we sell and the customers we serve.
Aftersales Support
With the introduction of iPads in store we are able to offer video calls or image sharing with our customers so if you have an issue with your machine rather than having to bring the item to us or us having to send a courier to collect the item, we can look at the item on the screen and you can show us the exact issue and sometimes diagnose faults and offer advise on how to quickly rectify any simple issues. This resolves 90% + of issues without ever having to make a journey into store, for those small number of issues which cannot be resolved we can arrange to collect items, get them back into our workshop, repair / service items and return them straight you, sometimes within a week you can have your product back with you ready to use saving everyone’s valuable time!
Whether you purchased your item directly from our showroom or website OR another dealer, you will be welcomed into our showroom with open arms, one of the many reasons to choose World of Power - you will not find customer service like it!
Every machine we sell is a machine we’re able to offer after sales back up for. With a dedicated workshop with a full time manufacturer trained technician, our team are on hand for any issues you encounter should that be 6 months after purchase or 6 years, our team are always on hand to offer advice, repair or service items.
For those who are a little more hands-on and prefer to tackle servicing themselves, the introduction of service kits for many machines is very welcome! These kits contain all you need to carry out a DIY Service at home to ensure your machine stays in perfect working order.
