Our preferred method of contact is via e-mail, our mailbox is manned daily by several members of our staff so we can ensure a swift response. However if you prefer to call us, our telephone lines are open from 11am until 3pm on Monday and Tuesday, 10am to 3pm on Wednesday to Friday.
Within your email please include as much information as possible with regards to your query, such as model numbers and pictures. Also include your phone number – where necessary we will call you. We are on top of our emails and you should receive a swift response. This helps us manage our time and keep our prices low.
- If you are chasing an order confirmation please check your junk / spam box before emailing us as sometimes the confirmations land in Junk.
- Chasing delivery, we are working hard to get items out as quickly as possible. Next day delivery has become an option again on many instock items, items on route to us will show a 4-6 day delivery lead time, If we expect to fall out side of this we will contact you. (Please note some suppiers are still running behind their usual time scales) You will get an email from us the day that your order leaves us, then the following working day you will receive an email from the couriers with details of your delivery.

For those wishing to collect, orders can be placed online using the CLICK AND COLLECT option within the checkout. When you order is received our team will process the order and get this ready for collection, we will then call / email you to let you know that the goods are ready to collect.
If you are interested in a specific product please email [email protected] or call the showroom to ensure the item is at the Buxton site before you make your journey to avoid disappointment as some items are stocked externally to the showroom.
